Weaving in yarn ends

I checked the video section of the site and I didn’t see a video to help weave in your yarn ends correctly.

I learned how to knit from this site and the Stitch 'n Bitch book. The section that they have in the book about weaving in yarn ends is pretty small and I’m not sure that I am doing it the most effective way to truly hide the yarn ends.

Any tips?
