Weaving in ends

I have gotten so much help from this site, I am hoping to get some more! I have learned how to bind off and now I need help with the “weaving in of the ends” Is there a video or a quick how to to hide the end of the yarn once a piece is finished? I am trying to teach my 11 year old daughter as I am learning myself…HaHa…any help would be much appreciated!TIA
