CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT I CAN SUBSTITUTE WASHABLE EWE WITH? ITS A MEDIUM YARN , NUMBER 4. I HAVE A LOT OF YARN, BUT WANT TO MAKE SURE I’M USING THE CORRECT TYPE.
THANK YOU, CAROL:aww:
Washable ewe
You could try a wool/acrylic blend, like Woolease or Plymouth Encore, or any other worsted #4 weight acrylic.
Please take off the Capslock, it’s considered shouting on the internet and it’s actually harder to read.
It knits at ~17sts/4 inches and is a wool yarn. Look for yarns that are worsted weight (of which there are many) and substitute one of them.
thank you Suzeeq,
i’m sorry about the caps, i forgot about it, i use it on an other email program, because the print there is so smalll, for my friend to see.
thanks for all the info on the yarn, Carol:aww:
