Okay, I know I have seen them but can’t find them online or in any store…I think they might have been discontinued…if anyone has seen a Circular Addi turbo 2 + C usually 32"…I desparately need one. It is a circular needle with a knitting needle on one end and a crochet hook on the other.
Want to buy Circular Addi turbo 2+c needles
I check the Skacel site and they call them cro-needles. Here’s one place that carries them.
How do you use them? I’ve never seen anything like these before.

They are used for picking up stitches (with the crochet end) and then knitting off the knitted needle…great to use if you are picking up stiches to do say a ribbing on a vest after it has been put together…
Thanks, I looked on the Fiber2yarn site and did not find it but I probably just didn’t look carefully enough…but the World knit site I had not seen…BTW, how did you find it…your search techique is much better than mine.
I just googled Skacel, found what they were called and googled.
Here is where the other site had them–apparently only one in stock, though.
These are a great idea. I just may have to get me one!
Great…I did not know what to call them…on the package my friend had it just had the lable with 3+C and 32"…it didn’t say cro-needle…that was very cleaver of you. I think it is interesting to learn how people search…it is really a new skill for most of us…technology is wonderful though…if we didn’t have this site----I would still be searching and trying to find one in a shop somewhere.
thanks again.
