W&T question

Does w&t count as 2 rows knitted? Or, am I doing it 2 times. Once for row 5 and then again for row 6, etc. I am new to wrap and turn. I am doing a garter stitch pattern and it reads as follows:
Rows 5–6: Knit to last 25 sts, w&t, knit to end.
Rows 7–8: Knit to last 22 sts, w&t, knit to end.
Rows 9–10: K5, kfb, knit to last 19 sts, w&t, knit to end—
64 (66, 70) sts.
Rows 11–12: Knit to last 16 sts, w&t, knit to end.
Rows 13–14: Knit to last 13 sts, w&t, knit to end.
Rows 15–16: K5, kfb, knit to last 10 sts, w&t, knit to end—
66 (68, 72) sts.
Rows 17–18: Knit to last 7 sts, w&t, knit to end.
Rows 19–20: Knit to last 4 sts, w&t, knit to end.

Welcome to KH!
W&T counts as 2 rows. So in your example row 5 is knit to the last 25sts, w&t. Row 6 is knit to the end.

Thank you so much!

This project is making me feel like I have never knitted before. Thank you for the reply on w&t. Now I am not getting 2 extra stitches, only one. For my size I have 66 sts after row 10 and only picked up one stitch from the kfb in row 15. What am I missing?
Rows 9–10: K5, kfb, knit to last 19 sts, w&t, knit to end—
64 (66, 70) sts.
Rows 11–12: Knit to last 16 sts, w&t, knit to end.
Rows 13–14: Knit to last 13 sts, w&t, knit to end.
Rows 15–16: K5, kfb, knit to last 10 sts, w&t, knit to end—
66 (68, 72) sts.

It’s not you. It looks like an error in the pattern. Either they left out an increase or the numbers are wrong. See how the rest of the pattern reads. If the numbers continue to increase, you could add in the extra kfb in one of the next rows.
What is the name of the pattern?
