Understanding pattern

I am having difficulty understanding what the following direction means:
Work 1st row of patt panel B, patt 10

Can anyone help?
This is Debbie Bliss pattern for Lace and Bobble throw out of her book Cotton Knits For All Seasons.

You probably have a chart for Panel B of the throw. “Patt 10” generally means “do whatever pattern was established before.” I looked at the picture online and would guess you’re supposed to work that cable-ish stripe that separates the squares. After that, you probably work Panel Something Else and “patt 10,” which would be another stripe, then Panel Whatever’s Next and the edge stitches.

Thank you so much! It was Greek to me! Lol
