So I have reached here in the pattern and not sure how many times to repeat rows 8&9, there are 4 sizes and I am knitting the 3rd size)

After knitting rows 8 & 9, you will repeat them five more times (10 more rows).

its ok I think I’ll undo and start something else, getting too complicated

What is the name of your pattern and designer?
It looks like there are 8 sizes: 4(4,5,6)(7,7,7,7).
Sorry! The (7,7,7,7) are for the larger sizes. If you were doing the smallest size or the 2nd size, you’d repeat those rows 4 times. But you’re doing the 3rd size, so ignore all of the other numbers.
Go through the pattern and mark all of the ones for your size, the 3rd size.
