I just joined the Knitting Help forum!! I currently live in Syracuse, NY, and have been knitting and crocheting since I was a little girl. My mom taught me everything I know, and taught my best friend, who has become an expert knitter - surpassing me! There is one thing however, that I have stumped her on, so I’m here looking for help. She gave me for Christmas the book Son of Stitch 'n Bitch, and I would like to make the Uncle Argyle Scarf. I just don’t know how to start it. When I follow the pattern, the wrong side doesn’t look right. Can anyone give me assistance on how to start it? Thanks!!

I don’t have the book, so I’m not sure what you mean about the wrong side…can you post a little bit more specifically about what you’re having trouble with?
