Ugg Booties

pattern says---------row 2 --sl 1, p7, p2 tog, turn
row 3 --sl 1, k7, SKP, turn
row 4-13—repeat rows 2 and 3 five times

don’t get what rows 4-13 means–do I do rows 2,3 five times on each row? Just looks to me like it would make instep to long. :??

-yes. So
row 3=row 2
row 5=row 3
row 6=row 2
row 7=row 3
row 8=row 2
row 9=row 3
row 10=row 2
row 11=row 3
row 12=row 2
row 13=row 3
—which makes rows 4-13=your next 10 rows (repeat rows 2 and 3 five times)
I have no idea about the instep as I don’t know your pattern, yarn type, etc. Hope this helps
