row 3 --sl 1, k7, SKP, turn
row 4-13—repeat rows 2 and 3 five times
don’t get what rows 4-13 means–do I do rows 2,3 five times on each row? Just looks to me like it would make instep to long. :??

I have no idea about the instep as I don’t know your pattern, yarn type, etc. Hope this helps
