I am knitting on two circular needles. When I switch needles the last few stitches are so tight it is aggravating and difficult to push the stitches to the end of the needle. Any suggestions or solutions
Try not to pull the stitches too tight especially if they are on the cable since the cable is smaller.
IMHO - It sounds to me that as you move from needle “1” to needle “2” you are pulling needle “1” until all the stitches are on the cable before you start knitting on needle “2.” Try leaving the last two or three stitches on needle “1” on the needle until you have knit the first 4 or 5 stitches on needle “2.”
That’s the exact opposite of me. My stitches are so loose that it drives me insane.
