Does anyone know where I can find out how to do this on circular needles? I am a newbie and just knitted a scrunchie, so now I want to try a cami, roflmao!!!

Twisted Eyelet Rib border?
I don’t know how to do this off the top of my head, but if, when you do it flat, the back is just purled or just knit and purled, you can do it in the round by reversing those stitches.
In other words, the right side is going to be the same as flat. The back would be opposite in that you’d have to purl where you would have knit in the flat and vice versa. If there are any other types of stitches on the back, that’s where I can’t say for sure without looking at it.
