Hi,
My name is Charles and I am a beginner knitter. I have done a couple of cushion covers in garter stitch and so far everything is well. Now I am looking for a turtleneck sweater pattern. Does anyone have a “free” turtleneck pattern which is not being used to lend me?

Guessing you wanted a men’s pattern, right? This is a mock turtleneck, but I suppose you could keep going on the neck and make it longer to make a a “real” turtleneck!
