Oooh, news: I’m so excited–I’m doing a literature textbook review for a book publisher and they’re paying me nicely for my time! It should just about cover the HUGE KP order, comprised mostly of yarn for Tubey, sitting in my shopping basket awaiting final color approval…It’s like a bonus Christmas present!

I think I’m getting the yarn for Christmas! I asked my dad to please NOT tell the people at work I requested yarn for Christmas…they tease me enough! Hehe. But he said he’d get it for me. 
I’m doing the Andean Silk in pitch with stripes of yarrow and lettuce. I’m also getting some orange and brown sock yarn to make RIT-colored knee socks! :roflhard:

Well, I’m going to Adelaide in mid January, so I’m hoping there’ll be something over there that I won’t be able to keep my mits off…

Ok, I am in. I just have to pick out the yarn. I think I will use the KP Merino I had bought for my Eris V-neck sweater. But Eris will have to wait. I can’t concentrate on the cable charts on it while doing the cable charts on Rogue Hoodie at the same time. Eris can wait a bit longer. So now I just need contrasting colors for the stripes. The main color will be Rhubarb. Maybe Hollyberry, Vanilla, and Cinnamon.

Those colors DO sound yummy April! I haven’t picked out my colors yet… I have 11 balls of Asparagus Merino Style sitting in my wish list basket, so maybe I’ll grab those and some other coordinating colors…but I might just go black too…I love black sweaters…
