Tubey is not too hard to knit - actually, the only tricky part is picking up the stitches for the body. I just went slow and was careful to mark the shrug portion into sections so I wouldn’t be too far off.
As for time, I knit so many things at a time it is hard to tell exactly how long it took. But between working F/T and parenting, I would say around 3 weeks of semi-dedicated work tops.
