I am trying to make these straps for a bathing suit on dpn.
It says, Using 2 double pointed needles cast on 5 sts.
1st Round: Knit. DO NOT TURN WORK.
Slide sts to other end of needle and knit, pulling yarn firmly across back of work.
This is probably simple and I just don’t get it. Please tell me how to use double pointed needles and what to do.
It sounds like you have to do i-cord.

I-cord is easy to do.
