My work has become twisted and I have something that now looks like a mobius strip. HELP!!!
Unfortunately the only thing you can do is rip it out. and be really careful not to twist it next time.
(Well, you could snip it, untwist it and sew it back up but then you end up with a seam it’s probably a lot more work and certainly more nerve wracking than just frogging, starting over, and considering it a lesson learned.)
We’ve all done it. 
I always wondered why patterns emphasized “join, [B]being careful not to twist” [/B]until I twisted for the first time.:doh:

I have a trick I use though…I put hairclips on the cast on stitches to keep 'em straight.
Yeah, I’d just start over. I always check for twists by making sure that all of my cast on edges are in the center of the circle when the tips are drawn together. Nice and smooth, nobody out of place. Sorry you had this problem.
