Hi, Unfortunately, this is becoming a habit, but could someone tell me what these two sentences mean?

  • “These 2 rows set the sts – front opening edge 38 sts still in patt and all other
    sts now in st st.”
  • “Work 1 row, working (P2tog) twice across top of cable.”
    Tank you : )

We’re glad to have you back!
What is the name of your pattern?
The first directions refers to the last 2 rows that you worked. Follow the pattern set up in those 2 rows. Apparently it’s 38sts in the pattern stitch and the rest of the row in stockinette (knit one row, purl one row).
For the second sentence, you’re to work across the row and when you get to a cable, purl 2 together twice on the cable itself.
