Is it done in pieces? Top Down sweaters are usually seamless although raglans can be seamed or seamless. If you have a link it will help a lot.

I think I got it…there is something i can do…Its funny, but its the one thing the pattern instructions DIDNT COVER! Thank you anyways…(btw, the sweater is not in pieces)
