Does anyone know what yarn I could use to sub for TLC cotton plus? I have a purse pattern that calls for TLC but I’m trying to use up my stash. Thanks.
Any worsted weight cotton or blend would work. If you don’t have cotton, then just another worsted. What are you making?
I found a purse pattern in a book (Knitbook–basics and beyond). I thought about using Microspun but I do have some cotton I’ve used for dishclothes. Thanks for the info.
The microspun would be too thin for a purse. The dishcloth cotton would work just fine.
