The Hat... version 2.0

Okay so I promised to get the hat done by last weekend, and honestly I thought I would, but after closer examination I quickly realized that it was going to be too large. I was afraid it was going to look like a cross between one of those rafillian Jamaican guys meets the Cat in the Hat… Yo Mon!

So…I pulled it all out and started over. I am about 1/2 way through it. I am doing basic stockinette stitch as sometimes simple is so much better.

I will post pictures when it is done.
(See I can write less than a page afterall!)

Nice that you caught the size problem early enough to start over. Hope to see it soon!

I didn’t get the measurement for the hat i’m kitting. In return, I had to do it about 6 times. :wall: Plus, upon reading the pattern, or should I say, misread, I used a size 6 US needle when it said 10 1/2 US (6.5mm). (I switched the mm size with the US!) Damn! I learned my lesson! :frowning: I’m stiill gonna finish it though. :shifty:
