I am sorry but I have to tell you all the kudos I got this weekend. In my town, we have an Old Gist Mill and every third Saturday is operates and volunteers come for all kinds of different things. I am a memeber of the quilt guild and volunteer with some member who quilt but have been talking to the knitters next door…sorry for babbling. Anyway my 4yr dd loves to go and wore her poncho and hat that mama made and they all loved them and said I did a good job for my first project (other than a scarf). The hat was my first attempt at knitting in the round.

So thanks for all the help. I love this site.

I’m not one to brag, but it made me fee good that some pros told me I did a good job. Maybe I am getting the hang on knitting. It’s so much fun for me to watch something I am creating. Thanks again to all of you. I love reading your posts and look at what you are knitting.
