Tensioned lazy kate

I’m new to spinning on a wheel and would really like to get a tensioned lazy kate. I’ve noticed that there are two types - upright and arched.

Does anyone prefer one over the other? For instance is one more stable than the other or does the fiber spool off better on one of them?:???:

Stringcat! I was just about to post this exact question. To me, it seems like the arched one might be more stable. I hope you get some replies!

I searched around and found a vendor who advertised that the arched version means “no more tipping over.”
