Tension of Pattern

Hi!

My Pattern states the following tension
"18sts and 24rows to 10cm (4in) over stocking stitch on 5mm needles"

However my yarn is different and i am getting the following tension:
18sts and [B]25rows[/B] to 10cm (4in) over stocking stitch on 5mm needles.

The tension is pretty close, but i am not sure if it should be EXACT…should i continue with my yarn and needles or should i change the needles to get the EXACY 10cm over 24 stitches?

What are you making? Is it a garment that needs to fit or a blanket that needs to be sort of close to the right size? Can you link to your pattern?

You’re spot on other than one row in length so I wouldn’t worry about it. Length is easy enough to change in most patterns.
