Okay, I am still quite the beginner so I don’t understand how to get tension for this pattern.
I am used to seeing something like 16st and 24 rows = 4". So does this mean, I need to make my tension divisible by 6 and the rows divisible by 7
Thx!

You can just multiply by 4 to get a 4" gauge - so 6sts and 7rows = 1" is 24st and 28 rows = 4".
Yeah, I always translate the 4" gauge into how many stitches per inch…
16 st = 4" means that sixteen stitches should measure four inches across. This is the same as four stitches measuring one inch.
