Is the symbol on the 10th row that looks like an X called a 2/2 RC?
This isn’t the conventional 2/2RC. The directions are given below the chart in the key. You’ll end up with the first and 4th stitches crossing each other and forming an X in front of the 2nd and 3rd sts.
