Swirly Bibs

[COLOR=Black][SIZE=4][I]The pattern “Swirly Bibs”, is from Crochet Today!, May/June 2009, Special Baby Issue. I thought they were adorable…a great stash buster for all that cotton!

(sinphonia cotton, used an F hook)

(sugar and cream cotton-G hook)

I gave them to a couple, whose twins were born at 24 weeks…one did not survive…the little boy is still fighting for his life. The Dad was my Mom’s Respiratory Therapist.

Cute bibs but I love the dog!!!

Oh Merry, those are darling bibs. So sorry to hear about the babies though. Prayers for the family for sure!

I could see continuing that bib pattern in spirals straight up and making a fun bag that way…what do you think?

[SIZE=4]Ok Mary Grace…you write the pattern for me…I’ll try it out…LOL! That would be so cool!
I was thinking of making some dishcloths out of the pattern too!

These are just to cute!! Is there anyway I could get the pattern. I have a bunch of neices and nephews that would be looking great in these. Also, I’m brand new to crocheting, are these hard?

They are not hard…you just have to count your stitches! I’m pretty sure you could order a back issue of Crochet Today!, special baby issue, May/June '09…check out their site! They are very quick!
