Sweater Bind Off

Is there a certain bind off method I should use for the neck of my sweater so it isn’t so tight?

The sewn method is a good one that isn’t tight.

Using a needle 1-2 sizes larger then you were knitting with is another often used method.

I LOVE this bind off and it’s super stretchy. Not everyone likes the way it looks though.
