Sunshine Top In DK

I only had 5 balls of this yarn (need 8 balls to make S size), so I made the body very short. I finished my 4th ball right after the waist lace section. So I used my last ball until it barely covered my belly button. Then the left over yarn I devided into 2 to knit the sleeves. Since not much left, I just directly knit the seed stitch. I used every scrap of yarn. This time, I weave black ribbon on the sleeves.

That is SO cute! You did a great job on it!

Again I absolutely  this top! It is definitely a pattern that I’m going to have to pick up as soon as I’m capable and comfortable doing patterns.

Beautiful!

Wow! What a beautiful sweater! I love how you adapted the pattern for the amount of yarn you had on hand. It looks like a great fit too! And the color… :inlove:
