Hi all. I’m back…and still working on this silly Linux penguin. I Finally figured out the belly and looking at the feet and beak…I can do those. I’m having such a hard time with the eyes now. Has anyone knitted any of those sad puppy dog eyes? The ones where the black dot is towards the bottom of the eye? It needs to be an oval, around 1" long and about 7/8" wide. (A little less than one.) with the black dot. My gauge is about 8 sts per inch and 5 rows…I’m very novice at making my own additions. (This would seem easy to you but I’m very bad at designing…lol.)

What if after you finished you went back in with duplicate st to work the oval and the detail
I have been working on this penguin for far longer than its worth and if it weren’t for my husband, it would have been junked…lol. However…:notworthy:thank you very very much.
