Please help me to understand the next step I am supposed to do. I’m knitting 1950’s bolero from original vintage pattern.
I’m struggling to understand the next step.( I am shaping the front)

If you can give us a link to the pattern that might help, too. Basically, work 11 rows and then inc at the front edge on row 12, then dec 1 stitch on rows 17, 22, 27, 32, and then on rows 37, 38, 43, 44, 49, 50, 55, and 56.
The cast offs could be at the shoulder edge or at the front edge but in either case you would cast off at the beginning of every other row, 3sts, then 3sts, 4sts, 5sts, 6sts, 6sts and finally 7sts. This is where a link to the pattern or even a pattern name would be most helpful.
