I have made a mistake with the jumper I have been knitting for weeks. I ironed the panel before stitching them together and they have stretched. Has anybody got any ideas on how I can reshape them. Many thanks

What kind of fiber is your yarn made of?? Usually man made fibers can’t be reshaped. But some natural ones can be redone.

You could try washing the knitting, blotting it in a towel, and then gently laying it out on another towel to the right measurements.
Whether this works or not depends on the fibre and the treatments. For instance, superwash-treated wool might not respond to this. Can you tell us what kind of yarn you used?
