Well–practice is what i do with cheaper yarns until I feel like I can do the REAL thing in a better yarn!! It does feel yummy though, because it’s a baby yarn! So I’ll have a “practice” shrug for me, and my dil and mom will have “REAL” ones!!

use the cheaper yarn & if i like the way it comes out, ill use a better yarn or a differnt fibre to do it over

It turned out beautiful! Nice lace work on the cuffs too. Why not try Streakers in Sad Song Pink…nice rich pink shades.
I was almost afraid to look with “streaker” in the title…a streaker wearing a shrug! 
Looks great and like a fun project, even if for practice!
Whoops!! I didn’t even think about the “Streaker” streaking!! It was a fun knit, I love the lacy sleeves, but I think I’ll have to find something a little less expensive than Streaker brand wool to do it–it would cost about $50, and for me, it’s just too much!!
