Stitch Pattern Gauge

Hi, everyone.
I was wonder how (if possible) can you measure your gauge when knitting a “jumbled” stitch pattern such as the daisy stitch or the trinity stitch.
Thanks for your help! :muah:

I would go by how many clusters per 4 inches you get rather than how many individual stitches there are in 4 inches.

Yeah, you’ll know how many sts in each pattern repeat, it’s 4 for trinity stitch, so if you have 5" in 4 repeats of it, that’s across 16 sts and you’d have 3 1/3 sts sts per inch.
