Hello all Im going to try and knit the Ola Oslopova Grinch / elf .
To start it says cast on 3 stitches, knit straight alternating wrong side rows and right side rows.
Rows as follows
R1-2-3 (what is this telling me)
and what is row 2
R3 kfb k1 kfb - 5 stitches (I can do this) and others like it.
Then its the same on row 6, and 22 (i dont get what its asking)
R6-8:7 stitches
R22-34:19 stitches
???

I think I cracked part of this riddle (after several visits)
Cast on 3, knit straight alternating wrong side and right side
Row 1 and 2 knit (3sts)
Row 3 kfb, k1, kfb (5ts)
Row 4 I have no info, could be knit, as in the opening instructions
Row 5, as Row 4
Row 6 and 7 and 8 (7 sts)
Rows 22 to 34 (19 sts)
The row numbers and stitch count are confused somewhat but there is a change in punctuation between the row numbers and stitch count for most of the instruction. R1-2-3 differs as there is no colon hut this could be a typo.
OK, thank you. That makes sense of some of the rows Creations didn’t have. The feet seem to be knit in stockinette. Knit the odd number rows, purl the even number rows. The knit rows will be the right side (RS) or public side of the feet.
Cast on 3sts.
R1 knit (3sts)
R2 purl all even number rows
R3 kfb,k1,kfb (5sts)
R4 purl
R5 kfb,k3,kfb (7sts)
R6 purl
R7 knit
R8 purl
R9 kfb,k1,k3tog,k1,kfb (7sts)
R10 purl
R11-20 Work as directed making the increases noted, alternate knit and purl rows, and ending row 20 with 17sts.
R21 kfb,k15,kfb (19sts)
R22-34 work on the 19sts alternating knit and purl rows.
