thanks again for the compliments! Believe it or not, the yarn is Red Heart super saver. More of a stiff yarn, but I liked the tweedy look and to be honest with you, i’ve made several of these hats with different types of yarn, and the less expensive stiffer yarns hold up nicer.

I like that particular color of RH as well and made a hat out of it once that turned out very nice. It may just be me but not every skein of RH feels the same to me, and this one isn’t bad.
