Decide how many sts wide you want it, then cast on the sts. Knit all rows until it’s as long as you want.
im still kinda lost… dont really know the knitting terminology… could you clear it up a bit? thx so much!
Look at the video on the Tips page called Demo of a Small Project. That shows you how to cast on, work a few rows, and cast off or bind off. It shows stockinette stitch, which is alternating knit and purl rows, but you can do all knit rows. But that shows how to put all the different elements together to make something.
