I’m wondering if it can be fixed without unraveling and if it’s a crucial mistake. I’ve unraveled this short row wrap section a couple of times now and would prefer not to do that again. Here is a pic. My mistake is the blue stitch right next to my stitch marker. I jumped to far ahead and missed the part about picking up the wrap to hide it. Thanks in advance for any help. I love this website.
Per the pic, is it on the same row you’re currently working on? (Appears to be.) Or is the wrap from your previous row? If the current row, can you tink back the six sts and work the wrap…and then proceed?
It should be possible to frog back to the st above it (undo 6) on your current row. Undo that st (on your current row) and then undo the one that was supposed to be worked with wrap. With a crochet hook (or your ndl) now work the st tog with the wrap (pull the strand thru). Using the hook or ndl then rework the st above the wrapped one (in your current row). I’m pretty sure it can be done altho others might offer more insights.
