Am not sure why but my profile pic does not seem to be appearing - can you see it and just not me? I reduced it to the correct pixel size and can see it in my User Settings Section. Any suggestions

I fixed it for you. Profile picture and avatar are two different things. What you wanted was your avatar so I added it for you.
