I was browsing through these instructions thinking I would like to knit this for my dd

But, in the armhole shaping section there seems to be something missing.
" On next right side row, cast on 16 (16, 17, 17, 19) stitches for armhole – 49 (51, 55, 59, 65) stitches. Work even in garter stitch for 50 (56, 60, 66, 70) rows (approximately 10 (11, 12, 13, 14) inches), ending with a wrong side row."
Where is the other armhole?? Should I add it on the ws row on the way back across??
