Some basic F.O.'s

Some basic F.O.'s - nothing too fancy!

The first is a baby alpaca scarf - I call it my “Bout Damn Time” scarf because I had knitted and crocheted a few baby alpaca scarves for my family, and now I FINALLY made one for myself.

The second is a hat made out of thick and thin merino yarn. I call this my “Cotton Candy” hat, because of the pink, violet, and blue…although you can’t see much of the blue. I am a new fan of thick and thin yarn…love the texture.

And…it’ll be another 3 months before I have any more F.O.'s…D’oh!

Great work! Love you taste in yarn, too!

Both are wonderful!! I love the colors!

I admired those on your blog – both look great! I love the colors!

Thanks!!

OH WHAT BEAUTIFUL COLORS AND BEAUTIFULLY DONE.

Great job! :cheering:  Love the yarn choices!

LOL at the bout damn time scarf. It looks great, you must have saved the best for last.

I love the hat. It looks uber soft!

I love the colors in both your hat and the scarf! They look so warm!!

Great job! How warm and snuggly they look. Love  the colors.

Thanks for all the compliments! The scarf is pretty warm, haven’t worn the hat yet, but will do so when it doesn’t matter that I have hat hair.

Wow! How’d you get your stockinette to not curl so much? :??

It’s actually a K1P1 rib…I love the way stockinette looks on scarves and this is the only way I know of to pull off the look (sorta) with no curling. Actually, could knit a long tube and then close off the ends, but that’s too much work for me!

Beautiful!! I love the yarn you used, how preeeetty!! I wanna squeeze them

I love how soft both of them look! The colors are great too. :happydance:

great job!

i adore the color of that scarf.

Beautiful work! :cheering:
