i hope that someone can help me i cant find any help with what i have done in my books. i started a second time on socks after a long break since the first. this one looks more like a sock but now that i am almost finished with it i think its inside out on different parts the leg part is sinside out but when i turn it then there are other parts that look like they are not right. can anyone tell me what i have done to this sock thanks: suzi

Is there any way you could post a picture of your sock? That way we could look at it close up and maybe see? 
which bits are which way around and what pattern are you using?
different patterns can have different techniques for things like heels with the end result looking different.
If you are working top down i am betting it s somthing to do with picking up the stitches for the gusset after working the heel. that part is quite easy to get turned around.
