I just finished my first pair of socks using Silver’s Sock Class and worsted weight yarn. I really enjoyed making them and want to make another pair of socks using sock yarn. The thing is I would like to have a pattern stitch instead of just the ribbing. I searched through multiple pages on Ravelry and everything that I found was either for toe up or was just a basic idea (they had the pattern repeats and said insert favorite heel/toe here, etc.)
So my question is does anyone know of a good, free pattern for a simple sock with some decorative stitching, that has all steps in the directions. (You know, the “for dummies” type 
)
