Sock pattern question

i have made many pair of socks but am not quite sure about the instructions of this particular part of the pattern. i have completed the heel and am getting ready to turn the heel. i have 32 stitches on my needle. here are the next instructions:

"Next, turn the heel:
Row 1( RS): K 19 sts, ssk, k1. Turn.
Row 2 (WS): Sl1, p7, p2tog, p1. Turn.
Row 3 (RS): Sl1, k8, ssk, k1, Turn.
Row 4 (WS): Sl1, p9, p2tog, p1. Turn.
Row 5 (RS): Sl1, k10, ssk, k1. Turn.
Row 6 (WS): Sl1, p11, p2tog, p1. Turn.

Continue turning and decreasing in
this manner (one stitch decreased knitwise
on every RS row, and purlwise on
every WS row) until all sts have been
worked. Final RS decrease row will end
with a ssk, and final WS decrease row
will end with a p2tog. 18, sts rem on
heel."

my question is what is row 7 thru row xx supposed to look like? I know that I am supposed to end up with 18 stitches. After row 6 there should be 26 stitches on the needle therefore i still need to knit/purl 8 more rows with ssk’s and k§2tog. But do I alternate rows 7 thru rows xx p11 or k11 or do i change the number of stitches i purl or knit each row?

so:

Option 1
Row 7 (RS): Sl1, k11, ssk, k1. Turn.
Row 8 (WS): Sl1, p11, p2tog, p1. Turn. and so on till i have 18 stitches on my needle

or

Option 2
Row 7 (RS): Sl1, k12, ssk, k1. Turn.
Row 8 (WS): Sl1, p13, p2tog, p1. Turn. and so on till i have 18 stitches on my needle

or do i have this all wrong? what do you think? thank you big time in advance for your help.

The color you put the pattern rows in is very hard for me to read. What pattern are you using? Is it a heel flap?

"Next, turn the heel:
Row 1( RS): K 19 sts, ssk, k1. Turn.
Row 2 (WS): Sl1, p7, p2tog, p1. Turn.
Row 3 (RS): Sl1, k8, ssk, k1, Turn.
Row 4 (WS): Sl1, p9, p2tog, p1. Turn.
Row 5 (RS): Sl1, k10, ssk, k1. Turn.
Row 6 (WS): Sl1, p11, p2tog, p1. Turn.

Continue turning and decreasing in
this manner (one stitch decreased knitwise
on every RS row, and purlwise on
every WS row) until all sts have been
worked. Final RS decrease row will end
with a ssk, and final WS decrease row
will end with a p2tog. 18, sts rem on
heel."

Option 2
Row 7 (RS): Sl1, k12, ssk, k1. Turn.
Row 8 (WS): Sl1, p13, p2tog, p1. Turn. and so on till i have 18 stitches on my needle

If I understand your question, continue as you have been, working one stitch more before each turn. HTH
