Hello I’m just have a bit of a problem with this pattern I’m just confused on row7 and on there isn’t enough to knit do I just keep turning and only working the middle

Yes. You’re doing short rows here. Short rows are where you work part of the stitches and turn. If you just do as it says you’ll see the top of the slipper forming with those lines on each side. This is a cool pattern.
