Sleeve issues

Hey all -
I’m working a cable panel on a sweater sleeve and I don’t understand this line: "work Row 1 of Cable Panel, p11 sts. Work 3 rows in patt as set."
Does this mean I need to work the next three rows of the cable panel or three rows in the reverse stockinette I was using for the rest of the pattern? I’m so confused!!

given that i don’t know what the “cable panel” and “patt as set” are… i’d say go with purling 11 stitches then continue with the pattern…

You’ll do three more rows of what you just did, using the cable panel instructions. I suspect that you’re going to cross the cable on row 4.
