Hello, I’m struggling with this sleeve. The instructions are very brief. I need to increase a total of 20 stitches, 10 on each outer side. The instructions are start the increase on row 7, then 7 rows one stitch increase 1 time, 8 rows one stitch increase 8 times, and 9 rows 1 stitch increase one time. What I end up with is not a triangle shape as shown in the diagram. I appreciate any suggestions, I’m over analyzing this.

Are you increasing at each end of the row? The increases are on row 7 then row 14, then rows 22,30,38,46,54,62, 70 and 78 then finally on row 87.
