Sleeve increase - HELP!

Hi, can anyone help me with following instructions for a sleeve increase on an Erika Knight pattern. For some reason I just can’t seem to get it right! I have worked two knit rows and 1 row to set the sleeve increase as it states. I now have 23 stitches on the needle. It’s the following instructions I’m not understanding. I’m writing it exactly as it says:

Inc 1 st at each end of 3(3 3 3.6:6) foll 6th rows
then on 2(2 2 0:0) foll 8th rows. (29,31,33:37) sts.

I have highlighted the numbers i.m using for my size. (3, 2 and 33).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to HK!
If you call the initial increase row, row 1, then you would increase on rows 7,13 and 19, and then on row 27 and 35. Remember to increase at each end of these rows.
