Sleeve cap question

Hey all!
I’ve had so much fun making this sweater! I’ve picked up the stitches for the first sleeve but I can’t figure out what to do next. I know how to wrap and turn from making Fiber Trends Felted Clogs but they give instructions to pick up the wrap and I’m at a bit of a loss. To be honest I don’t understand the cap instructions at all.
Can anyone make sense of it and explain it to me in a different way?
Thanks everyone.
XOXOXO

You probably didn’t have to pick up the wrap for the Felted Clogs but if you need to see how, there’s a video under the Free Videos tab, Advanced Techniques, Short Rows.
Basically you have the sts on the needle for the arm and you want to move them around until you get to the st at the center top of the sleeve cap. I would mark that st with a safety pin, yarn or st marker. You’ll be knitting back and forth, doing wraps and turns for the next several rows (up to the instructions to knit in the round). At each row you’ll pick up the wrap from the earlier row and work it with the st it’s wrapped around and then knit 3sts more before doing another w&t. On rows 5 and 6 you pick up the wrap and work 2sts more and then go back to 3sts after the wrap for a number of rows depending on your size.
Once you get the sts arranged so that that top center st is the first st on the left needle, I think the directions are easier to follow.

Here’s a video for working cap sleeves in the round with short rows, be sure to look at part 2 also.
