You know some people actually do it ON PURPOSE, colonics have long been considered “spa” treatment… so maybe you could just pretend you are at some fancy spa having a “treatment”.

Can you believe they PAY big $$$$ to have that done to them!!! Personally, just eat better and exercise and let nature takes its course is my motto! Everything went fine and I am back home. Thanks for your thoughts!
