Silly question

I hope this isnt a stupid question but i just started this:

the directions say to s 1, k to the end. does that mean slip 1 then knit all the way to the end or sl1 k1 repeating? also, is the sl 1 knitwise or purlwise? thanks for all the help!

Sl, knit to end. Don’t rep the sl. I’d slip pw with yarn in front, move to back before working your knits. Gives a nice clean chain along the edge.

s1 and then knit to the end of the row.

best thing to do is s1 all the way to end. okay? :knitting:
then i would do the same thing cam said :blush:
it works the best for that sitiuation
